ONLINE LISTING OF CONTRIBUTIONS TO Chad Evans Wrongly Convicted Committee.
The amounts listed below do not include any valuation for the in-kind contributions of many, many people, and continuing. Nor does it include the out-of-pocket, unrecorded contributions of so many people all of which is much appreciated. However, we now need more cash.
We will be listing, the contributors, with their consent and their contributions as a way of recognizing their generosity.
Such a voluntary listing of contributions is not a perfect device, but it is used by other non-profit organizations such as museums, private schools and colleges, churches and hospitals to recognize the generosity which keeps them going. The goals of the Chad Evans Wrongly Convicted Committee are just as noble as those other institutions and we can learn from their techniques of raising funds.
It has been suggested that we not state the exact amount of funds out of an interest in avoiding invidious comparisons. However, we do what we CAN do here with The Chad Evans Wrongly Convicted Committee, and EVERY contribution is respected. We are an organization seeking the TRUTH and therefore, the TRUTH about contributions there will be, to the nearest dollar. If some are uncomfortable with having their names published with the exact amount, we can list them anonymously. Just let us know.
Please when you send contributions to the Chad Evans Wrongly Convicted Committee, 71 Sullivan Street, Keene, NH 03431., please tell us if you do NOT want your name, city/town posted here. Otherwise, we will assume that it's ok, and even welcome.
